This week we studied on different types of energy sources. If you want to build a “ Do It Homestead” for you , what kind of energy source do you want to use? Why and How?
I want to live in a farm in the future. Therefore I have some plans. Firstly, I'm going to buy a land to construct the farm. Then I'm going to built my homestead with recycled stuffs. Also I'm going to built stables for my purple milka cows. They will produce milk with cocoa and chocolate for me. Secondly, I'm not going to purchase electricity. Instead, I'm going to buy a thousand hamsters and wheels to use as an energy source. I'm going to put them basement of my homestead. They will cycle their wheels whole day, and provide energy. In this way, I'm going to run my homestead. I'm going to live in my farm until death.
There are many kinds of nature resource in the world.These resource give us energy for staying a life because we use them for everything.For example,oil is one of the most important things in the world, next to wather because there are several reason related to it. For instance, we heat our homes with oil instead of wood because wood has got low energy than petroleum.Besides,petroleum is more important for transportation because the transportation industry is dependent on petrochemicals because all kinds of transportation give energy from petroleum. In addition,we can use field medical. For example ,drug,another medical devices.On the other hand ,petrochemicals is more dangerous for nature because ıt causes air pollition.This event is important for all people .If someone can’t breathe, he or she die.Therefore,we had better use harmless nature resourse.For example, we can use solar energy.So why solar energy because it never cause air pollution.In addition,solar energy is isrenewable
I want to use wind plants and water for my "Do It Homestead" because they are so useful for my future plans. By the way, I want to mention my plans. First of all, I am going to find riverside, highland, and silent place to live. Then, I am going to buy some supplies to construct wind plant system and water wheel to produce electricity. Also, I am going to buy a huge generator to store electric. İf I produce a lot , I will sell it everywhere. =) Secondly, I am going to get water from river. For this reason, I won't need to buy it somewhere. For the time being, these things were planned. Maybe I will add something later on.
Petroleum is one of the most important things in our life. Firstly, we use petroleum a lot of fields. For example means of transportation. Oil is very important energy resource. Secondly, we use petroleum products in our house. We have a lot of plastic goods. We use natural gas in the house for warming, taking a shower and cooking. We use personal care field. For example, cosmetics like lipstick, shampoo, hand lotion. We have a lot of petroleum pruducts clothes. They made with rayon, nylon, polyester, orlon etc. There are many benefits to use petroleum product. However these products harm natural life. For example, plastics don’t disappear in the world. Therefore we have to use carefully.
In my opinion solar energy is the most effective way to provide energy if you stay in sun-drenched place. Anyway, solar energy system can provide enough energy for five days without sunlight. People who want to be self-sufficent,and don't want to pay monthly electric bills should use solar energy. Also, the text made me realize about energy saving. Many people waste a lot of amount of energy to use many kinds of devices,but sources of energy will be end in the future. For example, we always use a production of petroleum to fill our cars up,but petroleum will be end in the future. Therefore, we have to start to other kinds of sources of energy. There are many useful sources of energy in the world, such as wind energy, hydroelectric energy, boron etc... All of them can help us to produce energy. If I am rich in the future, I will buy a farm, and I will also produce my own energy, and I will buy one of the cars working with solar energy.As a result I want other people to not waste limited source of energy for the world is can be lived by people.
I think the most important matter about this builds is spreading them.I don't understand we say only homestead.ıf I want to build a building like them,certainly it will be in city.Think, a day in the future all buildinges of cities have energy sources from sun,wind,uranium,oxygen...etc.There will not be any impurity there.Anybody can't use energy that more than reguirement of them.Therefore, ıf we want to use nature energy ,we won't make do own building or rural places.The most useful thing is spreading in the worl.
