Dear students,

This week we have read “A healthy Diet for Everyone” and “ Why Do I Eat When I’m Not Hungry?” What do you think about these passages? Do you apply these health clues in your daily life? If you have a healthy diet, please write about it. If you don’t, how can you change the way you eat to have a healthier diet?

  1. Ofcourse a healthy diet is necessary for everybody. For example a student who doesn't eat healthful food can't be successful enough at school. However parents don't feed their children carefully nowadays. They allow their children to eat chocolate, hamburger, french fries, and somethink else. In this case people start to eat harmful food when they are children. Doctors say that malnutrition cause dangerous illnesses like cancer, and unfortunately more than people will have cancer and obesity in the future because of unhealthy foods. In brief people should change their diet and do exercise to stay healthy.

In my opinion,everyone wants to be healthy in the world because healthy life is better than unhealthy life.If you can be healthy to do everything.For example, you can swim ,walk ,run…etc more than like these, but you must do somethings for these.First of all,you should do exercises regulary. For instans,you can go to gym or a park .You can run, do exercises there. Secondly,you should eat healthy food because healthy food really is very important for all people.For example, you should be careful when eat food because some food is too salty or spicy .therefore, you should prefer enough salty and spicy.Besides, you should do diet because a healthy diet is worthwhile for children as well as adult as a matter of fact, ıf anyone do diet ,certainly this person is healthy but sometimes life don’t let something such as work, school… Especially, at UNIVERSITY.For instance, you have been at university .If you want to learn something exactly. You must study for lesson a lot. In this situation, you don’t do something.Such as, physical activity, do exercises…But ıf you want a healthy life you can create time for yourself.

  3. There are real events in these passages. A lot of people always eat unhealthy foods especially fast foods. They eat meat, french fries, potato chips, pop corn, fatty foods. Everybody want to seem thin and to be healthy. Some people need to go on a diet. They eat lower foods. They don’t eat sweet, salty and fatty dishes. I want to go on a diet but I don’t begin a diet. I am bored or tv makes me want to eat and I eat fatty pop corn and sweet opposite of TV every evening. Sometimes I drink coke instead of water. Before to go to bed, I eat something. Therefore I put on weight. If you want to seem thin, you should do exercise and you should eat less foods.

In my opinion,be healty are better than be unhealty because be healty always is useful for people.People eat fruits,vegetables,a little red meats,some seafoods,grains,dairies for be healty.Some people don’t want be healty.Therefore,they don’t eat fruits,vegetables,meats,seafoods,grains and dairies.They only eat snacks,but snacks are very unhealty foods.Therefore,thet don’t be healty.As a result,people eat healty foods for be healty.

Everyone knows that we must healthy food.However sometimes we have to eat fast food.We know that too much fat is bad for our health.For the second paragraph,people eat when they are not hungry.This situtation has some reason.If they are bored or they've a lot of stress,they will eat snack foods.Of course it's unhealthy.People eat to more grains,fruit,and vegetables and eat less meat and snacks.In addition it isn't enough only go on a diet.However we must exercise regularly because only diet is no use.As a result people wants to healthy life for themselves, they shouldn't eat snacks and fast food.

  6. Healthy life is really necessary and really important for everbody. However, sometimes, people make diet for health. For example, people shouldn’t eat hamburger, pizza, nugget, etc. or people shouldn’t drink cola, alcoholic beverages, etc. They are unhealthy foods for childrens and adults. Secondly, doctors recommend eating fish, beef, chicken or milk, yogurt, cheese, rice, fruit and vegetables. They are healthy foods for childrens and adults. But, people sometimes eat for stress and boredom. However, people have become unhealthy living.

  8. First of all, the setting of the story is effect of food on human health. The text gave some information about healthy diet to have better life. Also gave some health clues for the same reason. I noticed that I have an awful unhealthy diet. Secondly, I learned something about why do I eat when I am not hungry. The reading text gave some reasons why I am doing that. For example, when I am bored, when I have a lot of stress, etc. Thirdly, the reading text gave us a chance to compare two different country to realize their differences on diet.Finally, the reading text gave us a way to retrieve our diet. The USDA prepares a lot of food guides and suggests how much of each food group is healthy to eat daily for all people. To sum up, if you want to live a long, healthy life, you have to pay attention on what you eat.

  10. In my opinion people who want to keep healthy should do many things. There are many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should eat fresh fruits and vegetable to take vitamins.Also, we should have fish because fish includes many kinds of omega that protect us against heart disease. The key point for healthy life is doing exercise regularly because it make us lower stress after tiring day of business, and people who go running, do exercise everyday gain resistance against all illnesses. In additon, We should encourage our children to do kinds of sports because they will be able to have meal regularly if they do exercise regularly. These activities are related with together. As a result, Healhy life is most important thing in the world for all people that are from older to younger.

  11. This week showed us having a healthy diet is very important for a person. Everybody must has a healthy diet. Everybody should eat foods regularly and they must choose the correct ones, such as vegetables, fruit, dairy products, and meat. They must eat them in a correct amount, and in a right time. They must avoid fatty foods and a high rate of meals, especially fast foods. If they give their attention to do this correctly, they will be healthy and they will be happy, maybe they will have longer life. There are many good sides of having a healthy diet, but these are only a few of them. In addition, you should go to an expert about this situation, so you can take correct advises. As a result, having a healthy diet is a piece of part to have a good life.
